How effective is cold emailing for lead generation?
Because cold emailing is often done incorrectly, it can be seen as spam, however, when done correctly, cold email can boost your sales significantly. Cold email can book at a minimum 10-40 calls per month for your business.
Is cold emailing legal and compliant with regulations like GDPR?
Yes, with one-click unsubscribe links, and not targeting peoples personal emails.
How do you target the right audience for my business?
We get a very good idea of your ideal client persona during our onboarding process. We get all the relevant information from yourself, and help you build this out. We understand who your dream customer is, in terms of locations, annual revenue, company headcount etc.
How do you measure the success of a cold email campaign?
We measure success, by how many calls we can book you from our cold emails. other KPIs we will be tracking are, open rates, click through rates, response rates, and positive responses rates. But we measure success by how many calls we can book you, and how many you can close, depending on your closure rate.
Can I customize the outreach templates?
Yes absolutely, we build frameworks and structures that we know work based on testing 100,000s of emails, but before we press play on any of your campaigns, we get your approval first.
What is the average response rate for cold emails?
Very dependant on industry, but can be 3-15%.
Can I integrate your service with my existing CRM?
Yes, we have API integrations with the likes of Hubspot, and other CRM tools, so we can get leads imported into your CRM when they are ready to use your services.
What is the timeline for seeing results from a campaign?
Our average time to see the first lead is 3 days into the campaign, and your 1st call will be booked 7-14 days in.
Can the service be scaled as my business grows?
Absolutely, the beauty of cold email and outbound is that it can be scaled linearly, we just adjust our pricing accordingly and ramp up activity if you are looking to scale.
How Long Does it take to get started?
We have a warm up period of 14 days before we can start sending the outbound campaigns out, this aligns with our onboarding time so once you’re onboard we are ready to start sending!
How will I be notified of progress/ results?
You will have full visibility and transparency of our campaigns, and any time we get an interested response from one of your leads, we notify you via email, so you can log into our portal and book the call.
